1. What is the turnaround time for receiving my photos?

Turnaround time depends on the type of session and the number of images selected. For Mini Sessions, expect delivery within 3-5 business days. For branding, event, and portrait sessions, final edited images are typically delivered within 7-14 business days. If you need your images sooner, expedited editing services are available for an additional fee.

2. Do you require a retainer to book a session?

Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. This retainer ensures that your date and time are reserved exclusively for you and covers the initial preparation for your session. The remaining balance is due before the start of the session. Payment plans are available for select packages upon request.

3. Can I customize a photography package to fit my needs?

Absolutely! Every brand, event, and portrait session is unique, and I understand that sometimes packages may need slight modifications. If none of the set packages fully align with your vision, you can customize a package by selecting up to three add-ons from a limited à la carte menu. This ensures flexibility while keeping the experience structured and aligned with my expertise. If you need something beyond my offerings, I’m happy to refer you to a trusted creative professional who specializes in that area.

4. Can we meet before the session?

Yes! I offer pre-session consultations for branding and portrait sessions to ensure we align on creative direction, styling, and shot lists. These consultations can be done via phone, Zoom, or in person (depending on location and availability). This helps us plan the perfect shoot and ensures you feel confident and prepared.

5. What should I wear or bring to my photoshoot?

Your outfit should reflect your personality and the message you want to convey. For branding sessions, consider outfits that align with your brand colors and style. For portraits, wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Bringing accessories, props, or even a second outfit can add variety to your shoot. If you're unsure, I provide styling guidance and mood board consultations to help you prepare.

6. What happens if I’m running late or need to reschedule?

I understand that things happen! If you’re running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other bookings. If you need to reschedule, I allow one complimentary reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules or last-minute changes may require a new retainer or rescheduling fee.

7. Do you offer retouching or advanced editing?

Yes! Every session includes basic editing, which covers color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor blemish removal. For advanced retouching—such as skin smoothing, background changes, or extensive edits—additional fees may apply. If you have specific requests, let me know, and we can discuss options!

8. Can I book both photography and video services with you?

While I specialize in photography, I understand that some clients may need both photo and video coverage. I offer photo-focused content creation sessions, which include dynamic, high-quality stills that tell a visual story. If you’re interested in short-form video content for social media, I also provide add-on motion visuals for branding sessions. If full video production is needed, I’m happy to guide you on what to look for in a videographer to ensure their work complements your photography.
